With a lifelong passion for the outdoors—growing up hiking, skiing, and exploring the mountains, and later raising Arabian horses—I’ve always been drawn to an active and natural lifestyle. Along the way, I’ve raised children and dogs, embraced travel and adventure, and navigated the ups and downs of life with resilience.
I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2004, completing extensive continuing education in areas such as deep tissue therapy, craniosacral work, reflexology, reiki, and oncology massage with lymphedema care. I also spent several years volunteering in the infusion room at St. Charles Hospital, supporting patients through their healing journeys.
After personally experiencing the remarkable benefits of Deep Tissue Laser Therapy for pain and injury recovery, I was inspired to add this powerful, non-invasive treatment to my practice. Having lived a life of both hard work and hard play—and endured my share of injuries—I am passionate about helping others find relief and healing through safe, effective, and drug-free solutions.
